Douglas Brennan founded and ran the first Stellwagen Group business, Aviation Finance Company Limited (now Stellwagen Finance).
Prior to founding the Stellwagen Group, Doug served as Chief Investment Officer of Ledyard Capital Management, a shipping investment firm. From 2003 until 2008, he founded and served as CEO and then Chairman of Illington Fund Management until the business was sold.

David Butler is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Stellwagen Group. David Butler brings considerable business experience to this role. He has a track record of success both within the company and prior to joining it. He has been serving the company as Group COO since October 2017. Prior to this, he served in a number of executive roles with mobile phone network provider Digicel for over a decade.

Scott Corman is Chief Executive Officer at Stellwagen Capital responsible for building and growing the firm’s aviation fund management and structured finance businesses. Previously he was Executive Managing Director at ECN Capital/Element Corp overseeing the Rail & Aviation Finance business unit. Prior to his post at ECN, he was Transportation Asset Finance Managing Director at Credit Suisse and head of the Transportation Asset Finance team within the Structured Products Division where he was responsible for leading the team’s efforts in the operating lease and transportation sector and oversaw the group’s credit exposures to the sector. He has over 20 years of experience and has structured and syndicated both debt and equity in numerous transactions. Throughout his career, Scott has created and fostered key global relationships at an executive level, with numerous leading transportation and leasing groups. As a result, he has led ground breaking transactions in the railcar and aircraft finance sectors, receiving industry recognition and multiple awards for his accomplishments. Over the last decade, Scott played an integral role in raising equity capital and related debt for three start-up leasing companies within the transportation industry. Today, each of these entities have grown to become some of the top lessors in their respective industries.

Eugene O’Reilly is the Chief Executive Officer of Seraph Aviation Management having served as CEO of its predecessor, Volito Aviation Services, since in 2011. Prior to that he served as Head of Marketing with Aergo Capital and was involved in a significant quantity of asset sales, as well as bringing in a lease management contract. Between 2000 and 2010 he worked in the aircraft leasing industry as deputy managing director of Icelease, the aircraft leasing arm of the Icelandair Group, and as a senior manager with Sojitz Aircraft Corporation. Prior to that he worked as Assistant General Manager with Pegasus Airlines in Turkey with responsibility for its airline operations and fleet planning and financial divisions. Eugene is an Irish chartered accountant trained at Price Waterhouse in Dublin and has a business degree from University College Galway.

Dan Evison is Chief Executive Officer of Stellwagen Technology with over 20 years of experience in creating technology solutions in the financial services industry. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley, in New York, London and Dublin. As an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, he held leadership roles in financial engineering groups within multiple departments across the firm. Dan also played a key role at Ares Fund LLC, a start-up hedge fund in New York, building a fully automated equity options trading platform. He started his career with First Boston, in New York, where he spent three years in the Mortgage Financial Engineering Group. Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.

Orla Kearney joined Seraph’s predecessor Volito in 2009 and is currently Group Company Financial Controller. Prior to this she trained as an accountant with KPMG where she worked primarily with aircraft leasing clients and also in the shipping and financial services sectors. Before joining KPMG, Orla spent over two years working with Bank of Ireland on their Graduate Management Programme. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and German degree from University College Dublin and a Master of Business Studies from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Chief Risk Officer of Stellwagen Group
Pradeep Hathiramani is Chief Risk Officer with Stellwagen Group drawing on his experience in asset based lending, leasing, capital markets, and alternative investment management. In 2013 he founded First Star Aviation, an international aircraft leasing portfolio company for BDC Fifth Street Finance, and built a global portfolio of aircraft delivering high-teen unlevered returns in just five quarters. Previously, Pradeep was Principal and Sector Head of Transportation in Kohlberg Kravis Roberts’ Asset Management business where he led credit investments. His roles included origination, investment selection as well as portfolio management of leveraged loans, high yield bonds, direct lending, mezzanine and special situations investments managing over $800 million. Prior to that, Pradeep was a Director in the aircraft leasing group of GATX Financial Corporation (now Macquarie AirFinance). He started his finance career at Citibank in the US West Coast investment banking group. Pradeep received an A.B. in Economics with a minor in French from Vassar College where he was class Valedictorian. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
